Focus Global Talent Solutions, LLC (operating the Navigator Service) engages the following subprocessors to help deliver the Service. Each subprocessor is contractually bound to data-protection obligations at least as protective as those in our Data Processing Addendum.
We will give customers at least 30 days' notice before adding or replacing a subprocessor that processes customer Personal Data.

Notes on data handling
- No training. None of the AI subprocessors (Anthropic, OpenAI) are permitted to use Customer Data to train foundation models. Navigator does not itself train models on Customer Data.
- Public-source providers. SEC EDGAR and Wikidata are listed for completeness only. They are one-way read sources — we fetch public data from them. We do not send Customer Personal Data to them.
- Tenant isolation. Retrieval and synthesis are scoped per customer tenant. One customer's data is never used to answer another customer's query.
